Return & Refund Policy

If there are any issues with the product, please contact us via email or WhatsApp. Return or refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.As this is a disposable product, for hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened items without quality issues are not eligible for return or refund.
Unopened items are eligible for a full refund, so please inspect and test your order promptly upon delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used on your order.
We do not provide prepaid return labels, nor do we refund any shipping fees.
We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for your package when sending items back to us.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
Refund/Exchange Restrictions
Due to FDA regulations in the United States, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on certain items:
Opened and/or used products
Products not purchased from www.laike.biz
Opened or used devices/accessories

Shipping fees

Sample packs or bundle kits that are partially returned or opened
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
Once we receive the returned item, a customer service representative will contact you to confirm the replacement item and assist with placing the new order over the phone. You will only need to pay any price difference for the exchanged item. Standard shipping rates apply to all orders.

Important

Please contact us before initiating a return so we can provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Refunds or exchanges cannot be guaranteed if the RMA is not included inside the package. Our contact information is listed at the bottom of this page.
